Have you ever noticed that a “heart” doesn’t really look like the organ it’s named after?
Don’t you think that it really looks more like a vagina?
Think about it, the shape of a “heart” is symmetrical, but a real heart isn’t – it’s the vagina that generally seems to share that symmetrical shape: plump at the top, narrower at the bottom…
Interesting, isn’t it?
Something to think about tomorrow.

    Vaginas do look rather heart-like!

I hope you have the bestest Valentine’s Day tomorrow you hot redhead!

I am now and forever going to become soaked every time I look at a heart.

In fact, now that I think about it….

Maybe this is why all my doodles in my school notebooks have always been hearts….

And WHAT a lovely, LOVELY image.

    xoxo

I’m inclined to agree with the anthropologists who surmise the “heart” is a representation of a woman’s butocks when she’s “presenting”. Or maybe that’s me and my wife’s fetish. And she has very big “heart” which makes me lustful . . .

    shay,
i read a disproportionate amount of books about female sexuality and anthropology (i’m a sexuality major…go figure haha) and i think i read in this one called “the story of v” that the heart <3 shape did indeed originally symbolize the vagina! i wouldn't have thought of that myself so...i guess you're just especially creative ;) happy v day!

haha take that Bogus! It’s been proven by books!
    Thanks Cuntstorm! ^_^

In many cultures, especially in days of yore, the heart symbol actually represents the female pubic mound or spread vulva.
It is only latterly that it has been appropriated as the symbol of romanticism and love, which incidentally is very much an invention of the 19th century poets and artists.
So don’t believe the hype the heart symbol has nothing to do with the human heart.
