A playlist to fuck to, I mean.
ChelseaGirl recently got an e-mail from a reader asking for tips on making a playlist to have sex to.
That got me thinking about my own ideal fucking playlist.
Truth be told, I don’t always hear the music once I start getting into the sex.
During my first year of University Matthew Good was my “sex music” of choice, but I found that I didn’t recognize any of the songs from the middle of the CD when I would hear it later. (Matthew Good’s voice still gives me very sexy shivers though, no matter the album).
But I still feel that it’s really great when you can get a whole CD that has great music for “getting in the mood”.
Zero Seven was my “baby makin’” music of choice for a long time (I still love the CD). The smooth and sexy music was great for during sensual extended foreplay (without getting too mooshy or overly romantic), fun during sex – I didn’t feel bad if I missed parts because the songs blend together nicely and it made some positions feel even more trippy – and wonderful durring the post-coital snuggle/nap because it was soft enough that you could sleep without jumping at music changes, but interesting enough that you could just lie there and listen to it.
However. If I were going to mash together some of my favorite songs that get me into a sexy mood and would be fun to listen to during some good honest fucking – this is what it would look like:
1. “Fuck Her Gently” – Tenatious D
2. “Smoke Baby” – Hawksley Workman
3. “Striptease” – Hawksley Workman
4. “My Perogative” – Britney Spears
5. “Cadilac” – Danko Jones
6. “Push It” – Garbage
7. “Summertime in the Void” – I Mother Earth
8. “Juicy” – I Mother Earth
9. “Hey Mama” – Black Eyed Peas
10. “Summer Romance” – Incubus
11. “Hello Timebomb” – Matthew Good
12. “Dub Be Good to Me” – Faithless & Dido
13. ” My American Partner” King Kobb Steelie
14. “Coax Me” – Sloan
15. “Below the Stars” – King Kobb Steelie
16. “Fated” Matthew Good
17. “Midnight in a Perfect World” – DJ Shadow
Now keep in mind, if I were to have sex listening to this playlist, I wouldn’t be hearing most of it – so don’t judge my taste in music too harshly ^_~
For me it’d be Garbage(Garbage), Version 2(Garbage) and Bleed Like Me(Garbage). I’m a guy of simple tatses.
Oh, and bad typing!
I prefer no music because I like sex sounds so much better. They are music to my ears.
maybe I am old. I love to fuck to Marvin Gaye’s Lets Get It On. And I like to lick pussy to Sexual Healing.
I love your first choice. Fuck her gently…love it.
Try Venus on the Forehead – Mum if you feel like in a machinated mood.
Oh man, a good playlist is crucial. Never leave it up to shuffle unless you want a disaster.
In my case, that disaster was ‘Chantilly Lace’ by Big Bopper. Brings a whole new meaning to the song. I challenge anyone to try and have sex through this song without laughing. :P
Somehow I missed this when I backread your blog last month. You got me this time, I haven’t heard of most of these. Are they all Canadians? :) Are you like bound to have 75% Canadian content or something like that? Tenacious D is always good, and I love Garbage and Incubus, but most of the rest are blank slates for me. Thanks for the recs, will check them out.
