Easy, the girls are in on it (like many of his shows) and they were wearing both colors (2 layers of undies). The hidden underwear had the names already printed on the stickies and already prestuck.
Afterward they just pull out the inner layer of the new color and boom, illusion done!
If the girls were real they’d be kinda freaked if they really switched undies…
