Toy Review- Echanted

I feel like I’ve been a little MIA this week (I blame school and my cold), but that doesn’t mean that I didn’t still make time in my busy life to test a new toy for you!  My friends at CalExotics really wanted me to try out their new vibe, the Enchanted – how could I refuse?!

The Enchanted vibe is part of their “couture collection”; it’s made of seamless medical grade silicone, it’s waterproof, it has an on-off switch (that actually works!!), its shaft is flexible, and it has seven vibration settings (3 speeds and 4 pulse programs).  It takes two AAA batteries and its two buttons light up. But enough about it’s stats – let me tell you how things went with it after my housemate went to sleep. ^_~

What I liked: I did like the feel of this toy, the silicone was very soft and the vibrations traveled well through the material.  It’s not build for g-spot stimulation, but it is long enough that you can insert it and feel the vibrations inside and outside at the same time (though the pulse settings felt weird to me with it inside).  The controls were simple to use and once I picked my favourite settings it was easy to cycle through them. It was very quiet too, even though the motor was pretty powerful.

What I didn’t like: we all know I love pulse settings on vibes, but this might be the first toy I’ve met that had a pulse setting that I’m not sure I like – thank goodness there were three others on there that I DID like.

The toy would be great for: someone looking for a vibe that they can take in the tub and can switch between using it externally and inserting it (NB: I do not recommend this toy for anal play, unless it’s external only).  It’s slim too, so it won’t get in the way if you want to bring it to bed and use it with a friend or two.
