Not a huge fan of the piercings in this area. Doesn’t that hurt, people? And what about keeping it clean through various activities?

It might have ramifications if it had been a prince Albert or something to that effect but I pierced my frenum there and that is just skin, not organ. It didn’t hurt at all getting it and it feels great now!
