It’s obviously a take-off on the Pepto Bismol commercial. It’s hilarious and they did a great job. Those commercials are completely ridiculous.

actually it’s not Pepto Bismol, the original commerical was for Oral-B Brush ups. It’s these condom-like textured things that you slip on your finger then brush your teeth with them.
