Yes, there is a site I can recommend.
So far, the best free hentai collection that I have found is Hentai School. They have A LOT of galleries and not just of hentai, they also have movies and whole ecchi/manga books, like Slut Girl. (They used to carry one of my fav mangas, Co-ed Sexxtasy, but that seems to have vanished from the site.)
There should be enough to keep you very busy for a few hours – but, like I said, they are a free site so you’ll have to navigate around all the ads.

Make sure you have a good newsgroup provider, it’s worth paying the $6.00 a month if you want anything in newsgroups.
Isp’s make a weak attempt at providing the service, but it’s usually incomplete and the newsgroups are not as numerous.
