If you're editing this in plain HTML, then it's é. If you're using the WYSIWIG editor and you're on a PC then it's Alt+0233. If you're on a Mac, then I believe it's option+', then hit the letter you want to accent. I know, it's ridiculous that I'm giving computer advice on a sex advice blog.
