18 U.S.C. 2257 COMPLIANCE STATEMENT
THE S SPOT is not a primary or secondary producer (as defined in 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(1)- 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c) (2)) of any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct, simulated sexual conduct or otherwise, displayed on thesspot.org.
As such, THE S SPOT is exempt from the requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 under the plain language of the statute which explicitly excludes from the meaning of “producer” those entities whose activities do “not involve the hiring, contracting for, managing, or otherwise arranging for the participation of the depicted performers.”
To the best of our knowledge, all models, actors, actresses and other persons appearing in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct, simulated sexual conduct or otherwise, displayed on thesspot.org were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time such depictions were created.
If you require Section 2257 records for any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct, simulated sexual conduct or otherwise, displayed on thesspot.org, you are encouraged to follow the attribution link from visual depiction to the media source and inquire about the records from that media source.
