So Australia is banning porn of women with small breasts because they might be confused with children.
Interesting
And also porn of women ejaculating because it’s illegal to depict urination and it’s just plain obscene.
Also Interesting
I have more to say on this, but no time at the moment, so consider this a bit of a bookmark to remind us all to talk more about this later.
Check out the news story!!

It’s hard to comprehend why they are denying the basics of human biology.
shay, when is the next DOAF coming, a week, two? give us a timeframe! your killing us! :)
I LIVE here, unlike the author of this article.
There has been some rot from the more extreme wowsers about a filter censoring the ‘net for several years now but every time they try it some 12 year old cracks the filter in about 20 minutes.
No one with a brain takes this stuff seriously. We DO have a cultural abhorrence of paedophilia and sometimes get it (briefly) wrong trying to censor that.
Freedom of the ‘net is not at risk here. The ISP’s themselves are very much against this filter and when you consider the biggest ISP in the country is a government owned corporation not seriously likely to get up.
Oscar is right, anyone who can preform a google search can avoid one of those filters.
And about the banns themselves, they’re banning porn with small breasted women, but not the act itself? Thats like banning child pornography, but not having sex with minors.
Thats just plain dumb.
(I had trouble expressing myself there but you people know what I mean)
PS I had forgotten (dunno how) but one THE hottest sites on the web is Abby Winters from (you guessed it) Australia.
You can bet SHE is fighting this.
For serious? Does some government official get to look at porn all day and decide when the tatas are too small? “I know it when I see it” takes on a whole new meaning.
another example of a law with no grasp of reality
i tought, reading the article “those guys doesn’t know that are very big breasted girls of 17 or less?”
A great example of what happens when government officials have far too much time on their hands.
Interestingly, breast development is actually starting earlier and earlier in women (for instance, see http://www.scientificamerican.com/article.cfm?id=the-environmental-effect-on-puberty ). So if girls as young as 7 or 8 are starting to develop breasts in preparation for puberty, you have to wonder: how could anyone confuse an 18-year-old woman, no matter how youthful, with a pre-pubescent 6 or 7 year old? How any of this could possibly encourage paedophilia is beyond me – wouldn’t it make more sense to ban any pictures of young girls from appearing in media and advertisements, to remove the temptation? And while we’re at it, we can remove all pictures of women everywhere, since they _might_ encourage rape and infidelity (sorry to any readers that are hassidic jews, conservative muslims, or fundametalist christians).
