August is upon us and it is HOT!
I <3 my loyal readers and so, to help keep you cool, here are some of my super secret tips for cooling off on these super hot sumer days:
1. Wear as little as possible…
though this can have some consequences (see above) it’s generally more pleasant for you (and for those around you).
2. Make an Ice Dildo – that’s sure to keep you cool, inside and out!
3. If you can, take a day off and hit the beach!
4. No beach around or no time for a trip? Just set up a little pool in your back yard..
fun for you, fun for your neighbours too ^_~
5. Keep yourself hydrated and eat plenty of fresh fruit and veggies
6. No A/c ? No problem
Try a fan behind a glass of ice.
Even just a fan alone can do wonders sometimes:
if you use it right.
7. Enjoy a nice refreshing popsicle
(though perhaps orally only, sugar isn’t good for vaginas)
It’s cool, it’s delicious, and you could consider it practice ^_~

Popsicles, icy coolness feeling with a nice tasty treat for your partner (and you)as well. I personally prefer red or grape.
Two things spring to mind about an ice dildo:
1. In first aid training, we were taught never to apply raw ice to skin. It always needs to be enclosed in something, like cling/saran wrap, etc.
2. I seem to remember from my physics classes that warm/hot water will actually freeze faster than cold water. So unless you want to wait hours for your toy to freeze, use warm water. However, I don’t know how warm or hot water will affect latex, etc, so use caution.
Further to the warm water thing – warm salty water will actually freeze the fastest. Adding some table salt to the water is all that’s required (I use this trick at parties to rapid-cool beer cans/bottles in a sink: ice + warm water + salt = a lot of ice-cold drinks in minutes). Again, however, I don’t know the health considerations of salty water inside orifices or on latex, etc.

I have these neat little cool-stick things that came with some water bottles I bought once upon a time. You just put them in the freezer, and pull them out. Perfect size for frozen fun – a little smaller than an average dildo around, but that can be good when you’re talking frozen confections. The bottles are long gone, but the freezysticks remain!
Ahh, I forgot to mention along with popsicles that putting an ice cube in your mouth while preforming oral to a man or woman feels quite nice.
