Product Review – Pucker Up your Pussy

I had never heard of vagina pumps until I stumbled across this one in my research for THIS article on penis pumps.

As soon as I saw this little beauty, I knew I needed to try it for myself. The day it arrived, I cleared my schedule, got comfy on the couch with my new toy, and, keeping Joe’s warning in mind, got to pumpin’ and playin’.

My “Pucker Up Vibe” pump is purple (unlike the photo) and came with a bulb that you pump by hand to create suction inside the cup. Now, a vaginal (or clitoral) pump doesn’t really have the same function as a penis pump, in that, most women don’t tend to use them to increase the size of their clitoris (though apparently some do). The idea is to increase the blood flow because blow flow is what makes a vagina work.

A freshly pumped pussy is going to be more sensitive and more aroused. This can help a woman who usually has trouble reaching orgasm and should be extra fun for a girl who doesn’t usually have any problems.

What I liked: I liked how comfy the cup of the pump felt, tucked inside my outer labia with my clit and inner labia inside. The hand pump was really easy to use and the suction felt really good. I had a very good time playing with pumping out all the air and then using the quick release valve to refill the cup so I could pump it out again to feel that little tug on my clit from the suction.

I also felt really safe using this toy because the cup wasn’t big enough to create a dangerous amount of suction; I pumped out as much air as I could and didn’t experience any pain or ill effects – though if I had, the quick release valve would have been there to save the day. (Perhaps, if you have very small inner labia, you will want to be more careful because you will have less flesh taking up space in the cup.)

What I didn’t like: I found that, after a while, the vibrations of the bullet started to make me feel numb, so I switched it off and went back to playing with the suction. I actually enjoyed playing with the suction more than the vibrator part. The problem may be that, for me, the vibration wasn’t direct enough.

This toy would be great for: a woman who needs a little help getting ready for sex. This would also be a fun toy for a woman who wants to add something new to her masturbatory play. Try it with a dab of lube on your clit and play for a while before you masturbate or before you start having sex. (My favourite assistant says “don’t worry about your partner getting bored while you use it – it’s very enjoyable to watch.”)

I give the “Pucker Up Vibe” pussy pump an 8 out of ten – it lost points because I didn’t enjoy the vibations very much, but earned a lot of points because I had so much fun with the suction.
